Justin Fligstein is a former Associate at QuiVive Global, where he worked on various impact and sustainability projects, with a special interest in climate finance, impact investing and ESG.
Justin is currently at Cambridge Associates, where he is an Investment Analyst on the firm’s Sustainable & Impact Investing (SII) team in their Washington, DC office.
In additon to his work for QuiVive, Justin has interned in the area of ESG focused investor relations for corporate clients of PNC subsidiary Solebury Trout. Justin has also interned with several non-profits, including environmental and presidential campaigns. He also led a team of interns at Mzuzah Charitable working to establish a fund with the goal of supporting economic, social and environmental sustainability in emerging economies.
Justin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and Music in 2022. While at UNC, he served as the president of UNC’s Impact Investing Club, facilitating research on trends in the impact space, examining impact-driven investment strategies, and establishing a learning community for impact investing. As a student, Justin was elected to represent UNC Music, Arts, and Education majors as a senator for UNC’s Student Government and was chosen as UNC Music Department’s Studio Ambassador for percussion.
Justin is a native of Long Island, NY and enjoys sailing and surfing in his free time, making his own sustainable surfboards as a certified “ECOBOARD Project” builder.
